ADMISSION PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS

An applicant must complete the following process in order to be considered for admission by APEC (Academic Placement and Evaluation Committee).

An application and testing fee of US$40.00 must be paid to the Business Office and receive from the Registrar’s office the Application package. The following must be completed by each applicant and presented before the day of the entrance exams. No application will be received on the day of the exams. No students are accepted for grades 11 & 12. Consideration will be given only in extenuating circumstances.

Entrances Exam dates – July 23rd, 2022; July 30, 2022; and August 8th, 2022 @ 9:00 am on campus

All applications and all other documents must be returned to the school in a Manila folder. Absolutely No applicant will be allowed to sit for the entrance exams and interview that have not fulfilled these requirements:

  • Completed application
  • Original Transcript from present school *
  • Completed Teacher Recommendation form *
  • All applicants seeking admission for grades 7 & 10 are required to present their 6th & 9th Grade WAEC Certificate. This is a regulation from MOE
  • 2 current passport photographs of applicant
  • Sit for an entrance exam.
  • Sit an evaluation interview with APEC
  • Medical report from Lott Carey School Clinic. Fee is US$15.00 (Please obtain your payment receipt from the Business Office which you will present to the clinic)
  • Road to Health Card for Nursery to KG2
  • One manila folder
  • One hanging folder

* Original Transcript and Teacher Recommendation form must be presented in sealed envelopes addressed to:
